County Households Receiving New Trash Permits

Please continue to use your Pink Permit that Expired 12/31/25 until you receive your new Stickers.

The Sticker Permit allows residents to utilize any of the 13 Convenience Centers throughout the County for household garbage and recycling in addition to the Landfill.

Residents living in unincorporated areas are charged $45 per year.  The fee is listed as Solid Waste Availability Fee or "SWAF” on property owners’ tax bills.

The Sticker Permits will be mailed to property owners. Property Owners who maintain homes as Rentals ARE responsible for ensuring their Tenants are receiving an attached Sticker Permit, so they have access to the Convenience Centers to dispose of their household trash. Tenants will need to contact their landlord to receive their Sticker Permit.
