*To be eligible to vote in the March 3, 2026 Primary, all voter registrations and changes must be in by February 6, 2026. Any registrations and changes received after this date will be processed after the Primary.

• Vote-by-Mail

Voters may request Vote-By-Mail ballots beginning January 1, 2026 for the March 3, 2026 Primary. Requests may be completed online or downloaded at votebymail.ncsbe.gov/app/home or by contacting the Wilson County Board of Elections at elections@wilsoncountync.gov or (252)399-2836. Paper requests may be returned to the Wilson County Board of Elections office (112 Douglas St. E) by you or a near relative (i.e. spouse, brother/sister, parent/stepparent, mother or father-in-law, child/stepchild, son or daughter-in-law, grandparent/ grandchild.) Blind, illiterate, or disabled voters’ requests may be returned by the person of their choice.

• Voter ID- NC Voters are required to show valid ID when voting in-person or by mail or fill out an ID exception form. *Voters can have a free ID made at the Board of Elections Office.
