*AMENDED NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
TO PROVIDE LEGAL SERVICES TO WILSON COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA
Wilson County requests that potentially eligible individuals and firms submit proposals for providing legal services as county attorney to Wilson County and its various departments and related agencies no later than noon on Monday, January 26, 2026.
Submitters must be qualified legal services providers, licensed in the state of North Carolina, to represent the County in a full range of legal affairs relevant to North Carolina counties. The County will consider proposals for providing such services on an hourly basis, flat fee or capped basis, or any combination thereof.
The initial contract term will be from the beginning date of the initial contract to the date of the regular session of the Board of Commissioners in December 2026 and subject to renewal thereafter.

Proposals must be received by Wilson County by noon on January 26, 2026. All proposals will be opened at the office of the County Manager, 2201 Miller Road South, Wilson, NC 27893, at 3:00 PM on January 26, 2026. The County may accept one or more proposals or reject all proposals.
